Transition: Transition is really just a moment in time. It's the point when you, the transitioning employee, become an DIBON employee. Former transitioned employees are often available to answer your questions. They've "been there" and they understand how you may be feeling about transitioning from one company to another. The transition team takes great care to be sure that you're set up in our administrative systems
Post-transition: Your acclimation to Dibon will truly be an ongoing process, especially in the post-transition phase. Early in our relationship, we'll make sure that you have a understanding of our values, our structure, tools and processes. We know how important that kind of understanding can be in helping you feel valued and connected
